KORRES Wild Rose Petal Soft Cream Exfoliator Review

I am still one of those who like a good old face scrub because I love how clean and soft it makes my skin feel instantly. I like to use chemical exfoliants but I feel they can be too much for my dry skin and I almost always come back to physical exfoliants like this one because it does the job!

Today I will be sharing my favourite scrub for the past two years - its funny how I rarely share the products that I use on the regular and repurchase all the time. But today is different - today I will share my favourite scrub and I don't even care if anyone judges me for picking this up instead of a chemical peel, or an AHA/BHA toner/serum! The Korres Wild Rose Petal Soft Cream Exfoliator promises to buff away dead, dry skin to reveal a visibly bright, glowing, and smooth complexion every morning. I usually use it at night because mornings are too busy and I follow with a Korres night cream which I will share in another post.

TATCHA The Deep Cleanse Review and Result

 Hello my lovelies!

Today's post is a little bit different. I am not going to rant at how awful Tatcha's The Deep Cleanse is for my skin, but I will show you what a hyped up product on social media can do to your skin. My skin was doing fairly well with no acne or dryness. I was on a Guerlain Abeille Royale routine for morning and night and I felt good about it. After I ran out of my favorite Dr. Dennis AHA peeling pads, I decided to give physical exfoliant a chance, but I did not want just any exfoliant - I wanted a high quality product for my skin. So, a quick social media scan and I was sold that Tatcha's exfoliating products are great for pore cleansing and loved by so many "influencers". I have detailed my experience on why this product is not worth my time and money and also included a picture of the reaction I had on my face.

Ole Henriksen Walnut Complexion Scrub Review

I am in love with Ole Henriksen's 3 Little Wonders, which includes the Truth Serum, Invigorating Night Treatment and the Sheer Transformation face cream. These products really made a difference to my skin but I have to give some credit to this good old Walnut Complexion Scrub for keeping my skin looking fresh and clean.
This is a more traditional scrub, in the sense that it has a lot of grit in a foamy, almost gel like base. It's highly unlikely that I would have gone back to something that reminded me of the apricot scrubs I used in my teens, but this formulation is fantastic for my dry-normal, currently sensitive skin.

Serious Skincare LUSTER Face and Neck Polish Review

Today, lets talk about Luster - a face and neck polish from Serious Skincare.  Its described as a unique exfoliant that can be used daily and is suitable for delicate areas where the skin is thinner - like the neck area. It promises to give a healthy looking, youthful glow.
Without exaggeration, this treatment has been a life saver for me because my skin got so sensitive and flaky this winter, that I decided to stop using all the skincare products and do a complete skincare overhaul, with gentle and suitable for sensitive skin products. Luster has truly been a keeper.

dr. brandt microdermabrasion - exfoliating face cream Review and Swatches

Dr. Brandt products have amazed so many celebrities and bloggers that I was confident this exfoliating face cream will be life changer for me. As much as I love my Microderm360, I have to say that the conventional manual exfoliation, by facial scrubs or a microderm exfoliating cream like this one, are easier to perform and in lesser time. So whenever I am in a rush, I use this, to keep my skin soft, clean and smooth. If you've been following my skincare adventures, you know that I dislike facial scrubs, because they feel scratchy and overdry my skin; I was still willing to try something which is the Best of Beauty Award Winner by Allure.
Here's is an account of how I feel about this product.

The Body Shop Tea Tree Skin Clearing Facial Wash and Blackhead Exfoliating Wash - Review and Photos

Every single person that I know of, has tried this..some love it...for some its just not their thing. I have been observing people search for tea tree up on my blog, so thought about collecting all on my thoughts on the two Tea Tree products from The Body Shop, I am currently using, in this post.
Before we begin, lets make one thing clear - Skincare is all about consistency and routine. To get results, I recommend hooking on to a skincare product for at least 6 weeks! You have got to finish up the whole bottle of whatever product you use to see results. Obviously, if its breaking you out or causing any other symptoms, then you must stop using it. Other than that, please understand that miracles do not happen overnight! So try using up the whole product or up to 6 weeks and see if there are any positive changes.

Tea Tree range from The Body Shop is a best seller and I can certainly imagine why, as it works great for almost all skin types. It pretty much does what it says, if you use it consistently.

Lets begin with photos and them we will move on to what it did to my skin.

Current Skincare Routine .. Mostly The Body Shop stuff!

Hey guys!

I am back on my blog after months and honestly, I feel weird!! Its been long since I photographed my beauty products! *Sigh* Anyways, there was so much going on in my life that I could hardly find any free time to type out my reviews. Although, being a beauty blogger, I was always in that evaluative frame of mind; where I silently decide which ones to keep and kept thinking about blogging about them some time...guess now is the time!! yayyy!!!
So, I am gonna start with my current skincare and body care products. Over all of this time, I finally feel, I have the right products for my skin care and its worth sharing as a whole, as opposed to individual reviews. So, without further ado, lets begin with what I have on my bathroom vanity!
