Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Acne Cleansers - Review and Photos

Hey guys!

I mentioned about my night time skin cleanser previously, so thought about sharing what I am currently using for my day time routine. This was basically a gift from the holidays that I recently began using. I really like it, so thought of sharing it with you guys. Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Acne Cleansers is a pack of three products that includes:

  1. Body Clear - Body Wash
  2. Oil Free Acne Wash - Facial Cleaner
  3. Oil Free Acne Wash Foaming Scrub

MY EXPERIENCE

Generally speaking, I am not a Neutrogena consumer, unless something like this stumbles upon me. I usually stay away from anything that says "Oil-free" because I fear it will make my skin more dry.     When I saw this, I was a bit hesitant to try out because, firstly, I don't have acne and secondly, I don't want anything that will remove any more oil from my skin.

But them, I ran out of my body wash and had to open this pack. I was so surprised to see how gentle and effective the Body Clear Body Wash was. I contains thick exfoliating beads that dissolve while applying on skin and makes my skin feel so soft and smooth. I can barely feel any difference between the creamy Nivea Happy Time body wash and this. The Pink Grapefruit may have done the trick. It seems to lather a little bit more than I had expected but more foam means less body wash to use..hehehhe..so its all good.

Since, the body wash worked for me, I decided to try the facial cleanser and the scrub. I absolutely love how gently they exfoliate and cleanse skin while restoring the skin's normal moisture balance. I never feel that my skin is "squeaky" clean and stripped of all its moisture. A simple moisturizer to follow up with and I am done.

Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Oil-free Acne Wash facial cleanser, has no exfoliating beads. Its the same texture as the regular Neutrogena acne wash, but the pink grapefruit flavor is much gentler on sensitive/dry skin. It works great for the Canadian weather too.

The scrub in this range, called the Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Oil-free Acne Wash foaming scrub is not as foaming as the name suggests. It foams just enough to work up the exfoliating beads for a thorough cleanse. Its better than most drugstore facial scrubs, I have tried so I would give it a thumbs up.

Overall,  I really enjoy using all three products. Finally, something from Neutrogena's Acne free line works for me and I am so happy to know that. Will definitely repurchase these and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for effective cleansers.

Individually, each of these cost around $10, which is not a bad price for the quality and the quantity I get.

PS: I am so gonna stock up on these when I see this value pack in store!

Hope you enjoyed reading this.  Please let me know if you enjoy the Pink Grapefruit cleansers from Neutrogena.
