WHAT'S IN THE PACK?
It seems to be a small packaging but its loaded with a lot of stuff.. Almost everything needed for this manicure is in there except, a nail polish remover and cotton swab, that is highly recommended to use prior to putting these on.

There are instructions on the package as well, just in case you are lazy to read the whole page of instructions inside.

There are a total of 16 nail polish strips. There are 8 for each hand.

I used the leftovers on my toes! How cool is that? :P

MY EXPERIENCE

I love this design more than anything. Houndstooth manicure is what was on my mind for long, since it looks super chic and trendy. Black and white prints with a pop of color, is big this Spring and I am so glad this manicure works for most of the Spring outfits I have.

Now, I have pretty shaky hands and its so difficult for me to carefully paste these on my nails. I can usually handle nail polish but with nail strips, I always need some help..missed my sister so much while doing this :(

Anyways, the instructions were easy peasy and I could do everything that was asked for, but, I had a tough time placing them correctly on my nail. Its the same as putting a screen protector on your iPad and you just wish there wont be any bubbles. In my case, there can be tears as well... Hmm, yea, it said that I can stretch to make it fit properly and I guess I really did stretch it...hehehehe

Other than that, shaping the nail strip and its longevity has been great so far. Two of my nails suffered the most during application and they began chipping off yesterday, only from the tip of the nail, where I hadn't sealed it properly. I did think about doing a top coat to seal it, but since the strips do not ask for a top coat, I did not want to waste my time.

Sally Hansen Salon Effect Real Nail Polish Strips promises to last for 10 days, so I shall update you, how long it stayed on my nails in the next week or so. They can be easily removed with a nail polish remover and comes in a ton of designs to choose from.

You can find out more here

Hope you enjoyed reading this. If you have any questions or wish to share your experience with these, please feel free to do so :)

UPDATE: After exactly seven days of wearing this, it had lost its gloss and had started to chip off. I don't like chipped off polish because it doesn't look good and holds bacteria...so I removed it today. I must share that this week, I did a lot of cooking and my hands were in water for more than usual. I guess under normal routines, this may have lived up to the ten day claim.
