I have repurchased this shade many times and 70% of the time it is out of stock at my local Sephora. That just shows how many women/men love the shade Damsel. Its described as a blackish brown shade in matte finish, which looks very close to kohl on eyes but is a lot more softer, easier to apply.
Its also very dark on first stroke, so there is no need to go over to build intensity. I love how smoothly it applies. Since it comes in a twist up stick, it may take some time to get used to the tip. I often use an angled eyeliner brush to sharpen the edges and also when i would want a very precise thin line.
Most of the time I apply it very close to my lashes and smudge out the imperfections with my finger tip. It looks natural, softer and very wearable for everyday use. It also takes away the hassle of making my eyeliner look perfect. Once it settles, the formula does not budge all day!!
Its waterproof so it stays perfectly even under heat and stress and it removes easily with any waterproof eye makeup remover. I love this formula and this shade in particular.
