VICHY AQUALIA THERMAL EXTRASENSITIVE Review

I have shared so much about my struggle with adult acne in my past blogs and seriously, I never broke out in my teens. However, I am dealing with adult acne and even though the situation is pretty much under control, I still have blemishes and redness that I wanted to get rid off.
That's when I came across Vichy's Aqualia Thermal ExtraSensitive which is created for extra sensitive and allergy prone skin. It relieves dryness and irritation and soothes skin. The key ingredient is theVitamin B3 and hyaluronic acid that does its magic.
Having dry skin that breaks out is very tricky and its so hard to find the products that provide the hydration but not drench my skin in artificial oils and waxes that clog pores and make things worse.

Does it work for me? Let's find out.

I was initially a bit upset to see Dimethicone as the fourth ingredient, but this stuff works like magic! It literally keeps my skin moisturized all day long. I have not been breaking out at all during the course of using this and I feel that my skin looks fresher, thanks to the hyaluronic acid.
I have also included a few new products in my skincare routine that might be adding to the results, but this is the only face moisturizer I am using in the day time.

I have not been experiencing any clogged pores that were quite frequent until last month, so I am quite happy with this moisturizer. The only thing I feel I could change is the strong fragrance. Its a pretty good fragrance but its quite strong at first and then it wears off completely.

I also like the pump packaging which is minimizes contamination and is so much easier to use. A single pump is enough for my entire face.

Overall, I  feel this is a great moisturizer for sensitive skin, it hydrates and reduces redness. I am quite satisfied with the results and would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and effective daily moisturizer. It retails for $39.50 for this 50ml pump bottle.
