Serious Skincare CC Cream Review and Swatches - All Shades!

The first time, I used Serious Skincare CC Cream, I was taken by surprise. It was so opaque; it looked like full coverage foundation. I don't even wear my under eye concealer with it!! Not only does it give the coverage without the cake, it also adjusts to my complexion and looks like a perfect match. Its truly a break through product among CC creams. Wanna know more? SERIOUS SKINCARE CC CREAM ($41.95 for 1.4 fl.oz)
This is available in 4 shades, Fair, Light, Medium and Dark. It can be used as a primer, a corrector or a tinted moisturizer. It contains Titanium Dioxide (4.6%) as an active ingredient and has a SPF 15. It promises to conceal uneven skin tone and make it appear younger and radiant.

SWATCHES

MY EXPERIENCE
I love using CC creams as a base for my foundation, however, this one is so opaque, it appears like a full coverage foundation on me. It makes my complexion look even and my skin, so smooth and luminous, like I have never experienced before.
I can apply this with my fingers or a brush, it makes no difference, because its designed to be a moisturizer and easily blends out with minimal effort. When I swatched it the first time, I felt like the 'Medium' shade was too pink, but when I apply it on face, it adjusts to my complexion and appears like a perfect match. I wore it for a maximum of 10 hours and it did not oxidized to orange - it just faded naturally after about 5 hours. It does not have any noticeable smell and I did not find it to settle around the nose, nor did it accentuate dryness. I found it to be very moisturizing and long lasting. Moreover, it covers my dark circles well and smoothes out the fine lines around my eyes!!
Sounds God sent, hey?!
With all the awesomeness, comes a few things, I dislike. Firstly, it feels slightly sticky (like creme foundations) and I use a finishing powder to set it. Since, it has a luminous finish, it could mean grease ball for oily skin types. It works well for me because I have dry skin and living in Calgary means, I face more dryness than normal. Secondly, as this has SPF 15, there is a whitish cast in flash photography but in natural light, it looks incredible! This has became my go to product for day time.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a moisturizing CC cream for face that has all the qualities of a luminous finish foundation. It should work incredibly well for dry skin types and winter months. I love it because it fits me perfectly :)

You can purchase this from Serious Skincare's website or from HSN. It is also available through The Shopping Channel in Canada.
