A black eye pencil is a must have for me and I can't think about living without a black eyeliner! I received Rouge Bunny Rouge's Feline Gaze Long Lasting Eye Pencil in Salome at the RBR Bloggers Meetup in January and here's a review to show you how beautiful it can make my eyes look!

Salome is a perfect creamy matte intense black shade.
MY EXPERIENCE
The shade as you can see is intensely black and matte. The texture is very creamy and soft so it wont hurt your eyes. This eye liner is has great lasting power. It stays on, as-it-is, for the entire day without fading.
The formula is creamy and can be smudged for a softer smokey look. I tried to smudge it with a sponge applicator and my fingers but I wasn't able to get the smudged look you can get with cake eye liners. I found it to be pretty smudge proof.
I did not apply a mascara in the pictures above to show you how black it is. You can wear it alone or on any eye shadow - the intensity of Salome's black does not fade. I love this pencil for its creaminess and the lovely ingredients. It contains Argan Oil which nourishes, smoothes, calms and conditions your delicate eye area. This eye pencil is not suitable for your water line and tear ducts. As you can see, I have outlined my eye while refraining from lining the water line.
I used this eye pencil a lot in the last month and I could not find any problems what so ever. It has been an ideal choice for daily use.
The packaging has a twist up mechanism, which pushes out the eyeliner for easy application. I had no difficulty lining my lashes with this. I recommend this to everyone who loves black eye liners.
